Nisa offers retailers exclusive fundraising training

Nisa will select 15 retailers to be a part of Club 15, which offers training on fundraising

Nisa’s Making a Difference Locally (MADL) charity has launched Club 15 to bring bring retailers, suppliers, and Nisa colleagues together to make a difference in local communities.

Club 15 has been launched to mark MADL’s 15th anniversary.

The new initiative will see 15 Nisa retailers selected from across the UK to participate in a year-long partnership with MADL, including training on how to fundraise, access partner forums, and one-on-one support from the MADL team. It will also involve a monthly raffle, with a £500 prize donation to the winner’s chosen cause, and support to run ADTMAD (A Day to Make a Difference) with marketing assistance.

Retailers involved can also be included in Consortium Magazine with a small MADL write-up about their community support.

The Club 15 initiative is open to all Nisa retailers, regardless of their size or experience. To apply, retailers should visit the MADL website.

“We are excited and thrilled to launch Club 15 and celebrate 15 years of making a difference in our communities,” said Kate Carroll, head of charity at Nisa.

“This initiative is a great opportunity for retailers to elevate their community support and get the support they need to make a real impact.”

Club 15 launched at Nisa Expo 2023 this week.

Since its launch in 2008, MADL has donated more than £16 million to 10,000 charities and good causes across the UK.

The MADL team provides retailers with support and resources to help raise money for their chosen causes. This includes providing collection tins, clothing banks, and in-store POS materials. The MADL team also helps retailers to find local and meaningful causes to support.
