Hot dog provider Sibylla make customer service improvement promise

Hot dog food-to-go provider Sibylla has pledged to improve customer service after stores were left without support.

Masud Hossain Sheikh, of Portland Food and Wine in Woburn, told Better Retailing: “Our machine stopped working and we’ve had no contact from Sibylla. We’ve got a large unit taking up space that we can’t use.”

Better Retailing contacted UK Sibylla licensee and Seven Fresh owner Neil Mcdonald about the issues. He said: “We had a staff change and have been unable to get hold of some of our 40 sites, but we’ve just partnered with the field team Flexforce and the repairer Scobie McIntosh.

“Over the next two weeks, every customer will receive a visit.”
