Ribena launches independent exclusive Pineapple & Passion Fruit flavour

Ribena is helping convenience retailers cash in with a new flavour, which is available exclusively for independent stores.

Pineapple & Passion Fruit has an RRP of 69p and comes in cases of 24.

Tropical flavours are growing by 9% year on year and make up a 17% share of the £21.2m cartons market in convenience.

Charlotte Flook, Ribena marketing controller at Lucozade Ribena Suntory, said: “We’re opening up an opportunity for independent retailers to offer something new. Tropical flavours are already popular with consumers, so we’re confident this new line will give shoppers another reason to step through the doors of an independent store.”
