While the summer is still in full swing, Mondelez International is encouraging retailers to take advantage of the £35m Halloween confectionery category. 

This year, Mondelez is bringing back its popular Cadbury Screme Egg and Crunchy Spider, and has refreshed its treatsize range. 

It will also launch a range of fruit flavour jelly and foam sweets in four themed variants – Discovery Patch Animals, Body Bits, Myths & Monsters and a multipack of treatsize Mini Creatures – as well as sharing packs of Spooky Treats & Sour Tricks.

The company recommended retailers stock a focused, clearly segmented range from September and look to get shoppers excited about the season with PoS.
