Leading Scottish politicians to take part in NFRN election hustings

Attendees can submit questions to the politicians in advance or during the event

Leading figures from Scotland’s five main political parties will be taking part in the NFRN’s online election hustings.

The event will take place on Facebook Live at 6PM on 19 April, ahead of the Scottish Parliament Elections on 6 May.

NFRN and MPs press for tougher shop assault law

The politicians attending are:

  • Anas Sarwar, MSP for Glasgow and Scottish Labour leader
  • Ash Denham, SNP MSP for Edinburgh Eastern and Scottish Minister for Community Safety
  • Maurice Golden, Scottish Conservative MSP for West Scotland and Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Fair Work and Culture
  • Christine Jardine, Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Edinburgh West, and spokesperson for the Treasury and Trade
  • Anne Thomas, Scottish Green Party Candidate in the Highlands & Islands region

NFRN 2021 conference postponed

NFRN members are invited to watch the hustings, and submit questions to candidates in advance or on the night.
