EPoS firm Flooid is ending support for single-site retailers while continuing to serve multiples.
In letters sent to affected retailers, Flooid said support would be terminated from December 5, claiming the costs of running the system was “unviable for the smaller retailer”.

Larger chains served by Flooid include One Stop, Waitrose and M&S.
A Flooid spokesperson said: “We are winding down our services and support for some very aged software.
“We are operating within the terms of our contracts and are honouring all commitments to current customers.”
