PayPoint has provided an update on its operations regarding the coronavirus pandemic, noting that it has seen areas of increased activity across its network.

The company said its model now combines remote working with continued field activity to support its retailer network, ensuring businesses can continue to function.

However, PayPoint said measures taken by the government in response to Covid-19 could have “adverse consequences” for bill payment volumes, adding that additional initiatives and services will be slower to implement.
