Carlsberg is launching an on-pack promotion in support of its ‘Fan Squad’ campaign, is running from now until the end of 2014.

The campaign is designed to increase fans’ enjoyment of the beautiful game and will be supported by print, broadcast, PoS and digital with prizes available for consumers across the footballing calendar.

David Scott, director of brands and insight at Carlsberg UK, said: “The Carlsberg Fan Squad will provide fans with the chance to win Barclays Premier League tickets and a place at the ultimate fan England experience at Wembley in October, meaning retailers stocking Carlsberg can capitalise on a busy year of domestic and international football that will capture the mind of their customers.”

The Carlsberg Fan Squad is headed by a trio of celebrity football fans: comedian Paddy McGuinness, former Arsenal and England legend Ian Wright, and Sky Sports Soccer Saturday’s Jeff Stelling.

Carlsberg is the official beer of the Barclays Premier League, England Football team, a Wembley Stadium partner and the official tournament sponsor of UEFA Euro 2016.
