A Thorntons get into the festive spirit

Thorntons is hoping to make Christmas sweet by launching a range of seasonal lines into the convenience channel.  

Available now, the range includes Santa and Snowman chocolate lollies, RRP 95p, a bag of Chocolate Stars, RRP £1, and three advent calendars, one with a Gruffalo theme and one that is Snowman-themed. 

Three 250g hollow Santa, Snowman and Reindeer figures have an RRP of £8, while 80g Santa and Snowdog models are priced at £3.50. 

To celebrate the 60th birthday of its Continental brand, the company has launched a Continental Box, RRP £15, and Alpini and Vienesse sharing boxes, RRP £5.

Finally, the confectioner is offering a Classics Winter Favourites, which it said is perfect for the convenience sector at an RRP of £2.50, reduced from £5.
