Quorn is investing in a new campaign to encourage consumers to take a ‘Step in the right direction’ when it comes to sustainable food choices.

Launching 10 January, the advert focuses on the Quorn Mince product and will be seen by more than half the population.

The advert forms part of a £15m investment this year.

The brand is also introducing Carbon Trust certified footprint data for 60% of its top-selling products on its website, enabling consumers to compare their food choices. This data will be rolled out on its packaging later this year.

Alex Glen, Quorn Foods marketing director, said with more than a quarter of global emissions coming from food, it’s important to enable consumers to focus on how food choices impact climate change.

“Quorn is attracting new shoppers to the meat-free category. We are helping retailers meet the needs of the 64% of consumers who want to protect the planet for future generations.”
