One Stop launches own-label bread range with free giveaway of 50,000 loaves

National symbol group One Stop has launched its own-label bread range, and is celebrating by giving away 50,000 free loaves.

National symbol group One Stop has launched its own-label bread range, and is celebrating by giving away 50,000 free loaves.

The giveaway will start on 1 September, aiming to drive footfall into stores and increase awareness of One Stop’s own-label range among shoppers, which consists of approximately 440 products.

The bread launch trails the introduction of One Stop’s own-label chilled foods, and meat and produce range that was announced in July 2017, followed by its own-label grocery, impulse, cake, frozen, and non-food lines, which were introduced later in October 2017.

Richard Wood, head of product at One Stop, said: “Our own-label One Stop bread range landed brilliantly with our existing customers and our Toastie loaf quickly became the number one bread volume line in the business. The aim of this promotion is to raise awareness and encourage new shoppers to try the One Stop brand.”
