Energy regulator Ofgem has launched a call for evidence from microbusinesses to help them find a better deal.
The review comes after concerns from Ofgem that microbusinesses are paying more than they should for energy.
Ofgem’s director of conduct and enforcement, Anthony Pygram, said: “Many microbusinesses are finding it hard to navigate a complex market to get a better energy deal.
“Our review aims to deliver a properly functioning competitive retail energy market that works for all microbusinesses.”
The deadline for submissions of evidence is 21 June 2019.
