Magners takes to the stage

Magners is getting into the spirit with an annual Summer Nights Festival at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Bandstand.

The premium cider brand’s festival will run across two weekends in August (7-10 and 14-16) with a line-up that includes Alison Moyet, The Waterboys, Steve Earle, Squeeze, Capercaillie and Teenage Fanclub.

Paul Condron, marketing director for Magners Irish Cider, said: “This is an incredible year for Glasgow, a city that rightly enjoys a great reputation for music.

“We’re sure Magners Summer Nights will add to this reputation and we’re delighted to bring such a strong line-up of UK and international artists to the Kelvingrove Bandstand.”
