IAA Stars 2017: Service to the Community in association with Booker Wholesale

Meryl & David setup a home delivery service for vulnerable customers, offer a parcel collection service and look after keys for nearby charity shops.

To celebrate the shop’s 115th anniversary, they’ve donated £115 to different charities each month, which they’ve promoted so that customers can add to the donation.

Meryl & David also support nearly 20 local organisations including six schools and three nursing homes and recently donated £2,000 to help build a community playground. 

They also promote local causes on Facebook, reaching upwards of 8,000 views by posting during Welsh Hour, and these community stars have even been publicly thanked by councillors.
