Evri no longer accepting labels from InPost

Evri parcel services delivery van

Retailers operating an Evri parcel service will no longer be able to accept labels from its shipping partner InPost.

In a letter to third-party seller eBay, Evri attributed the change to “improvements” being made by InPost to its parcel locker service. However, Evri refused to confirm to Better Retailing how many independents would be affected.

In a statement, InPost’s CEO, Jason Tavaria, said: “InPost labels will no longer be able to be used to drop off parcels at Evri parcel shops.”

Retailer Atul Sodha, who runs a Londis in Harefield, west London, confirmed he had not been informed.

InPost operates more than 3,500 lockers in the UK and claimed the move was to encourage more parcel locker use.
