Country Choice offers online training for in-store bakeries

Convenience retailers can train their staff on how best to run an in-store bakery with online training modules from Country Choice.

The Country Choice Training Academy is a new section on the company’s website, which covers eight modules on areas such as bread, savouries, kitchen essentials and health & hygiene.

The modules include multiple-choice questions covering topics like oven temperatures, handling procedures and presentation.

The results from quizzes are stored on the system so retailers can use the modules to track progress.

There are also training videos, planograms and label printing information included in the section.
