Co-op refurbishes 30 c-stores

The Central England Co-op refurbished 30 convenience stores throughout the UK last year as part of a £13.4m investment.

The Central England Co-op refurbished 30 convenience stores throughout the UK last year as part of a £13.4m investment. 

The investment in 2018 also included opening 10 Central England Co-op larger-format food stores.

More than £1m had been spent on openings throughout Burton and South Derbyshire. 

Ashby store manager Rhianne McLean said: “All of us at Central England Co-operative Food Stores across our trading area are proud to be part of such great communities and are looking forward to welcoming all customers, old and new, to come and enjoy our new and revamped food stores.”
