2. The big freeze: Frozen shouldn’t be neglected, says Sharonjit: “We carefully select and think about what people like to eat now as well as classics – sharing tubs of ice cream never go out of fashion.”

3. Prepare in store: The Gills prepare sandwiches for customers in need of a quick bite to eat. “People like fresh food, it adds to that homemade feeling when you’re rushing through your day,” Palwinder says.
