Women play a central role in many independent convenience businesses, however their contribution is often overlooked – with our research showing they are under-represented on retailer panels, in editorial content, at industry events and in awards programmes.

At RN, we are looking to address this imbalance – giving women working in convenience a voice, a platform to share their successes and a support network to discuss the issues that are unique to women working in the sector.

To help us shape our programme, we are looking to gain some insights from female retailers, to help us ensure we are focused on the right areas and that we can provide insight and advice where it’s needed most.
