An urgent plea is being made to suppliers for sponsorship after callous thieves stole the Christmas tree for Raaj Chandarana’s carol concert.
The High Wycombe retailer is putting on the concert on Tuesday (December 10) in which 500 school children will sing outside his shop, but the centrepiece of the occasion has been taken by thieves.
He said: “We have all these children coming round to sing and my dad is going to be Santa Claus, but we desperately need to raise £350 as soon as possible to pay for a new tree. If anyone can help us please get in touch.”
