Spar aims to grow own-label beverage sales by £1m with new capsules and sachets

With Spar identifying a £1m opportunity to grow sales in the own-label beverages category, the brand is launching a range of coffee capsules.

Compatible with Nespresso Machines, the range includes Espresso Capsules Lungo, Intensivo and Ristretto and comes in packs of 10, RRP £2.

Also available from the New Year, Spar is launching Cappuccino sachets and Latte Macchiato sachets in 125g packs, RRP £1.50.

Susan Darbyshire, Spar brand director, said: “Spar has a fantastic opportunity to grow sales of up to £1m in the own label beverages category, and the launches of these new products are a fantastic way of doing this.”
