Riverside Greetings card company launches in Northern Ireland

Riverside Greetings is expanding into Northern Ireland as part of its growth strategy.

The company is partnering with Belfast-based card wholesaler T & A Thompson, following a period of market testing to assess demand. 

Andrew Glen, Riverside managing director, said: "Our continual investment in product innovation and service has proved to be as effective in Northern Ireland as it is in our existing territories. Because of the market testing we’ve undertaken, I’m confident retailers will enjoy the sales and profit growth and that consumers will love our designs."

T & A managing director Andrew Thompson said that the brand delivers some "much-needed innovation to the category for the independent convenience sector".
