Heineken sent its top brass to Herefordshire earlier this month so its senior executives could get a first-hand look at the company’s Bulmers Cider business. CEO Jean-Francois van Boxmeer used the visit to call upon the UK Chancellor to halt the automatic above-inflation increase in cider duty each year.
