Country Choice has launched Flatstone Pizza Co., a new branded concept that aims to enable retailers to take advantage of the UK’s £5bn pizza market.

The new concept allows retailers and their teams to serve made-to-order premium pizzas and comes complete with step-by-step recipe cards. The recipe cards will allow independents to create eight different pizzas, including Margherita, Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken, Meat Feat, Hawaiian Ham, Ham & Mushroom, Chicken & Pepperoni and the Plant Lovers Pizza.

Flatstone Pizza Co. comes with chopping boards, knives, squeezy sauce bottles, spoons, portioners, pizza cutters, pizza peel and temperature probes, with retailers able to choose from 9” and 11” wooden serving boards for table service, recycled Kraft pizza boxes and branded labels for takeaway. The sauce is supplied in 1.5kg pouches to minimise waste.
