Ferrero launches new products under Kinder and Tic Tac brands

Ferrero has unveiled three launches for Kinder and Tic Tac to help retailers increase impulse sales.

Tic Tac Coconut to Pineapple

Tic Tac is replacing its Peach to Lemonade Mixers flavour with Coconut to Pineapple.

It is available in 18g and 49g packs, RRP 62p, and £1.41 respectively, and will be supported by a digital campaign.

Levi Boorer, customer development director at Ferrero, said: “The new flavour performed well during consumer taste testing, so we’re confident that the addition will drive further category growth.”

Tic Tac Mixers was launched in 2015 and is growing at 7.5%.

Halloween Kinder Choco-Bons

Retailers can tap into Halloween sales with four seasonal limited-edition packs of Kinder Choco-Bons, RRP £2.72, which will be backed by a £1.1m TV campaign.

The campaign will kick off in September with sampling and TV ads will promote the range in October.

Boorer said: “Halloween represents a key peak for confectionery sharing bags. It’s for this reason that we wanted to make our Kinder Choco-Bons more relevant.”

Hello Kitty and Hot Wheels Kinder Surprise

Kinder Surprise has partnered with Hello Kitty and Hot Wheels toys for its latest range of eggs.

A £1.5m campaign will reach 12.5 million people with TV and digital advertising.

The eggs come in singles and multipacks, RRP 92p and £2.38 respectively.
