Nirvana Brewery relaunches low-ABV London Porter

Dedicated low/no-alcohol brewer Nirvana Brewery has brought back its limited-edition London Porter variety following a £750,000 fundraise.

The porter (0.5% ABV), last available in 2021, is available via the supplier’s wholesale partners LWC Drinks and InnExpress, with Nirvana aiming to add new stockists in the coming month. It comes in a 330ml bottle with a £2.50 RRP.

Nirvana anticipates further growth of the low/no category due to the increasing frequency of beer drinkers varying their rounds between full-strength and low/no beers.

Founder Becky Kean said: “People aren’t just switching to nos/lows occasionally – or exclusively for Dry January – they’re genuinely embracing them. The fundraise and the return of this seasonal favourite both add further impetus to ten months of impressive growth.”
