Retailers Reveal #77: Wendy Frost – Change with your demographic

Our town gained a university a few years ago and since then we’ve been getting business from landlords and students for services like key cutting.

The student population has continued to grow with the university, and with a changing customer base, we have to look closely at what we sell.  This has meant stocking more energy drinks – we now stock seven.

I spent time analysing my range and services and now I make better customer service and sales increases in several categories.
