This October, progressive independent retailers travelled to Manchester for betterRetailing LIVE, where they picked up a host of ideas to improve their business.
Highlights across the two days included the Retail Newsagent inspired study tour around Manchester’s leading convenience shops, in-depth industry seminars focused on key topics such as how to tackle illegal tobacco trading and lively discussions in which strategies to build links with the local community were shared.
