Christine has a clear strategy across all digital channels with her shop, website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts all sharing a clear story in a warm but professional tone. Christine’s website is the top listing on Google and she’s added herself to Google places enabling potential customers to find her quicker.
In the shop, her online presence is evident, with details displayed on carrier bags, signage and leaflets. Christine’s also created a hashtag, shoplocal30, to promote products that are produced, made or grown within 30 miles of her store.

- Christine has analysed the demographic she wants to attract and how to engage with them. Her store is now on Instagram and Pinterest as well as Facebook and Twitter.
- Christine has improved her online presence by giving her website a rebrand and a very independent feel. It also now includes downloadable Christmas order forms to encourage extra sales.
- By putting her store on Google, people can find information like Christine’s opening times and shop number quickly without having to go via her website.
