Fascia report: Is Premier the right fascia partner for your store?
Premier shares its story and reveals why its group could be the fascia group for your store
My Premier story
Joe Punian Premier Victoria Docks, Hull, East Yorkshire
“I’ve worked with Premier for 10 years and have two stores under their fascia. With my newest store, we both wanted to try something a little different.
“We have developed a food-to-go offering – including sandwiches made in store, bacon and sausage rolls and hot pasties, and our coffee offering has been massively successful.
“Following feedback from local shoppers, we have introduced a range of premium gins, local ales, local bakery lines and a kids’ zone.
“We’ve also signposted separate gluten-free and protein sections, a selection of American candy and vegan products, and established a permanent occasions and events display area.
“The Premier team really helped with the layout of all this. It’s come together very well, and Premier also provides plenty of PoS and promotional materials, too.”
How we helped
“Joe has been brilliant and really embraced what we were trying to achieve in his store. The coffee solution is a fantastic way to drive new footfall into store and the food-to-go offering really does make the store a destination in the local area.
“We have been able to take the learnings from Joe’s store to develop the Premier estate and I am pleased that Joe’s sales continue to grow week on week. We will continue to support and work closely with Joe and his team to keep this momentum.”
