“All good retailers that invest in their store will create their own events and those who don’t will suffer,” he said.

Suppliers will go some way to helping you – soft drinks manufacturers Coca-Cola European Partners, AG Barr and Lucozade Ribena Suntory are all investing heavily in helping retailers boost sales, for example – but you need to take the advice and support they offer and implement it effectively to really benefit.
