Nisa’s Making a Difference Locally (MADL) charity has relaunched the Community Champion initiative this month.

The initiative seeks to recognise the outstanding charitable and community efforts by Nisa retailers, awarding different stores a £250 donation each month to donate to a local good cause through MDL.

Each month, two winners will be named Community Champions, with awards for stores both under and over 3,000sq ft.

Head of charity at Nisa, Kate Carroll, said: “Nisa retailers have always been passionate about supporting their local communities and this has been evident more than ever during the last 18 months, as we’ve seen countless examples of partners going above and beyond for the communities they serve.
