Costcutter is aiming to make January last well into March after unveiling plans to extend its traditional January promotional activity with love local deals.
The new Costcutter love local deals campaign will include ‘love £1 deals’, ‘love half price or better’ offers and other “killer deals” on essentials running from January 7 until March 9.
The activity is being supported by a £500,000 campaign, including consumer leaflets, press and digital ads, in-store marketing, PoS and social media activity.
Daniel Quest, retail director, said: “We want to help members to drive maximum footfall and increase their sales across the first quarter of next year.”
