Bestway Group named UK’s 10th largest privately-owned company in Sunday Times Top Track survey
The group achieved the position for annual sales of £3.3bn
Bestway Wholesale’s parent company Bestway Group has been ranked as the UK’s 10th largest privately-owned company in The Sunday Times annual Top Track survey.
The company was given the position for achieving £3.3bn sales and £573m profit for its financial year ending June 30, 2017. Its takeover of Conviviality Retail wasn’t taken into account, which Bestway claims would have put it in 8th position.
Commenting on the survey results, Bestway Group chief executive Zameer Choudrey said: “These latest developments underline the group’s ambitious growth plans for the business In the UK and its commitment to grow the wholesale and retail sector.”
