IAA Stars 2018: Availability in association with JTI

Peter used his EPoS data to remove 300 lines of grocery, resulting in improved availability and a 25% sales increase on certain lines. He works with his wholesaler on promotions to ensure stock is available and, during the CO2 crisis, worked with suppliers to find substitutes and available lines to minimise the impact. Peter has shown a real commitment to availability, creating his own stock room using a 40ft container, which is merchandised exactly as the shop to help staff replenish quicker.
