Britvic is relaunching its Drench juice drink brand, with new flavours, recipe and packaging.

The new three-strong range includes Peach & Mango and Strawberry & Lime, which join the existing Pear & Blueberry flavour, which has undergone a recipe change.

Drench now comes in 500ml 99p price-marked and non-price-marked packs in cases of 12 or 24.

The receipt contains no artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours and uses stevia.

The relaunch will be backed by a £2m campaign, which includes outdoor advertising in June.

Kevin McNair, marketing director for Britvic Soft Drinks, said adults are leaving the soft drinks category in favour of healthier options such as tea, coffee and water.

“But they still want something tasty and refreshing, so there is certainly a need for a relevant grown-up solution to keep these drinkers in the category,” he added.
