United Biscuits is relaunching its McVitie’s Breakfast biscuit range, which includes two new products – Oaty Breaks and Fruit & Oat Breaks.

Oaty Breaks, RRP £2.29, is available in two flavours, Golden Syrup and Raisin & Cinnamon, while Fruit & Oat Breaks, RRP £1.99, come in Apple and Blueberry. Both are available in single packs for eating on the go.

The range is supported by a £3m media spend that includes TV ads, PR and in-store promotions.

Kerry Owens, head of healthier at United Biscuits, said the range would appeal to busy shoppers.

“Modern and busy lifestyles continue to put pressure on our day with 55% of us eating breakfast biscuits on the go,” she added.
