Nature Valley launches Crunchy two for £1 PMP offer

Nature Valley has grown year-on-year in convenience with Crunchy range worth £31.3m

General Mills has launched a new price-marked pack (PMP) for its Nature Valley Crunchy range to help convenience retailers boost their healthy snack sales.

The new offer lets shoppers by two Nature Valley Crunchy singles for £1, with a single normally costing 59p. Two Crunchy varieties – Oats & Honey and Canadian Maple Syrup – are included in the deal.

The PMPs are available now from SHS, Booker and Co-op. Their launch comes as Nature Valley has experienced year-on-year growth in the convenience channel, with the Crunchy range now worth £31.3m.

Roisin Witort, marketing manager for the General Mills snacking portfolio, said: “As Nature Valley performs so strongly with convenience and impulse shoppers, we saw a real opportunity to further increase category frequency with an exciting, new PMP offer.

“It’s also important to us that we deliver compelling and competitive value for money for our customers, and support retailers in driving their snacking sales around the morning consumption occasion.”
