Kellogg’s has launched Frozen and Star Wars cereals into the convenience channel.
£823- annual value of Kellogg’s cereal to the average independent or symbol store
The Disney cereals have been in supermarkets since March but now have confirmed listings with Bestway, Booker, Landmark, Today’s and Palmer and Harvey.
Frozen is available in 350g packs, while Star Wars comes in 375g packs, RRP £2.79.
Both cereals are low in fat, sugar and salt and meet Ofcom’s nutritional criteria for products that are advertised to children.
Sally Bonser, marketing manager for Kellogg’s, said: “By joining the world’s biggest cereal brand with the world’s biggest entertainment brand, we expect to bring new consumers to the cereal category.”
