Skittles has launched a bottle format for its original flavour, available from May.

The container has an easy-to-open resealable lid to make it more accessible to customers eating on the go.

£278.68 – value of Skittles per year for the average independent store.Dan Newell, Wrigley marketing manager confections, said: “We’ve identified a gap in the market for eating confectionery on the go and we’ve responded to it with the launch of this bottle format.”

The launch will be supported by social media and a TV ad running until July. PoS materials for the bottles are available.
