Nestlé Confectionery is giving one of the UK’s favourite sweet brands a fruity twist with the new Froosions.

Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles Froosions are sweets that combine two flavours, such as blackcurrant & apple, lemon & lime and pineapple & orange. The product comes in a single tube and a sharing bag, and both are available from June 2.

“Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles Froosions are certain to boost confectionery category sales as a result of additional consumer excitement and interest, driven by innovation from a much-loved brand,” said James Maxton, Nestlé UK & Ireland senior corporate communications manager. 

“Retailers looking to maximise sales should display off-shelf at launch so shoppers cannot miss it, as well as siting next to Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles on the main confectionery fixture for long-term sales.”
