Retailers looking to drive sales ahead of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games can stock a range of limited-edition Strongbow packs from June.
Strongbow has announced that it will be an official partner of Team GB for the first time and has added the Team GB logo to its packs.
The limited-edition design will roll out on its Strongbow Original, Strongbow Dark Fruit and Strongbow Cloudy Apple flavours.
The packs include a promotion that will see Strongbow will give away hundreds of limited-edition brand glasses to consumers each day.
The activity will be backed by a multi-million-pound campaign with the strapline ‘Supporting the supporters’. It includes TV, outdoor and digital advertising.
Cindy Tervoort, marketing director for Heineken, which owns the brand, said: “The pride and enthusiasm we experienced as a nation in 2012 was incredibly special, and we anticipate that our campaign will help the nation feel it once again.”
