PG Tips is furthering its on-pack support for Comic Relief by launching a TV campaign to drive awareness of the partnership.

The campaign highlights the limited-edition Red Nose Day packs and will also be supported by PR, radio, out-of-home, social media and digital activity.

The ad shows PG Tips’ Monkey in an attempt to scale the top of The Shard in London with support from The Only Way is Essex’s Lucy Mecklenburgh, sports personality Thom Evans and football pundit Robbie Savage.

PG Tips owner Unilever will donate £1m to Comic Relief through its activity on the tea brand and Persil.
