Mars debuts new M&M’s mascot, Purple

Mars is expanding its M&M’s mascot roster with the introduction of a new “spokescandy” – Purple.

Purple, the first new M&M’s character in a decade, joins existing characters Red, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Blue and Green.

Mars launches M&M’s Brownie Milk

She is intended to represent acceptance and inclusivity. Her introduction follows the refresh given to the existing characters this January.

To mark her debut, Purple has released a song and accompanying music video, called ‘I’m Just Gonna Be Me’.
