Unilever is encouraging shoppers to bake more by launching a baking block for Flora and revamping its Stork range.
Flora has launched its first block format. Flora Great for Baking, RRP £1, can be used straight from the fridge and features 50g markers on-pack for easy use.
The launch is being supported by a £2.4m marketing investment throughout 2014, including TV and radio ads.
Meanwhile, Stork has been given a new pack design to reflect its use across various baking products.
The product comes in a 250g block format with an RRP of 84p, and three sizes of tubs – 250g, RRP 91p, 500g, RRP £1.27 and 1kg, RRP £2.50.
The home-baking market is worth £1.8bn and has grown by 37% during the past five years
