Caribbean food and drink supplier Grace Foods is urging retailers to make the most of the growing trend for exotic flavours this summer by supporting Caribbean Food Week in-store.

Taking place from August 18-25, the week will include nationwide sampling and promotions, an ad campaign and social media activity.  

Ryan Mack, Grace Foods managing director, said: “Last year saw record levels of engagement via our social media channels, with consumers seeking out new recipes to try at home during the week – and looking to their local retailers to provide the ingredients.”

The Caribbean category grew 35% during last year’s event.
