Retailers can maximise their sales of exotic food this summer as Grace Foods launches its annual Caribbean Food Week.
The week will lead up to Notting Hill Carnival on August 30-31 and includes a national sampling campaign as well as a social media campaign, in-store promotions and PoS for retailers.
Ryan Mack, managing director of Grace Foods, said this summer’s activity will drive awareness of Caribbean dishes to an all-time high.
“Shoppers continue to demand new and exciting flavours as they become more adventurous with cooking and Caribbean Food Week is the perfect platform for retailers to tap into this trend,” he added.
