Mondelez International has added to its Cadbury biscuits range, with the launch of Cadbury Sandwich Snack and Cadbury Cookie Bites.

Cadbury Cookie Bites are available now in a 110g sharing format, with an RRP of £1 and Cadbury Sandwich Snack has been launched as a six-pack with an RRP of £2.

The new products aim to help retailers offer a more indulgent chocolate biscuit snack for an evening treat. According to the supplier, Cadbury Cookie Bites are perfect for nights in and sharing opportunities.

Cadbury Sandwich Snack contains 63% Cadbury chocolate sandwiched between a crunchy biscuit. The product is already established in the Irish market, the supplier said, where it’s growing by 16% in value. Cadbury Cookie Bites scored a 73% purchase intent in consumer testing, with taste and texture performing well.

Cadbury Legends promotion returns

The sandwich snack will be supported by a marketing campaign across outdoor advertising, social and digital media later this year, and in-store support for retailers.
