PayPoint and SF Express have announced a partnership to provide UK–China parcel drop-off and collection services at 7,000 Collect+ stores by the end of 2025.
The roll-out started on 17 April, with priority given to areas with high populations of Chinese and international students, where demand is expected to be strongest. The phased expansion will continue throughout 2025 until the full network of locations is established.
Nick Williams, director of parcel services at PayPoint, said Collect+ is delivering for its retail partners by enabling access to a high volume courier, “boosting potential to earn commission even further”.

He added: “As of today people across the UK have the ability to receive, return or send with SF Express in an easier, more convenient way than ever.”
Liu Yang, director of UK District at SF Express, said the partnership will provide greater access “than ever” to the UK market.
“Parcel traffic to and from China remains at an all-time high and we expect this to continue over the coming years,” Yang added. “This solution represents our commitment to bringing the best possible access to our services no matter where in the UK you are sending from or delivering to.”
