PayPoint CEO Dominic Taylor to step down

PayPoint CEO Dominic Taylor is to step down from his role at the payment service provider after 21 years from the beginning of April.

PayPoint CEO Dominic Taylor is to step down from his role at the payment service provider after 21 years from the beginning of April.

Taylor will be replaced by former eBay Europe business development director and Diageo Central & Eastern Europe managing director Patrick Headon, who will join the business on 1 March to spend a month familiarising himself with the company.

PayPoint commercial director Lewis Alcraft will also be appointed as chief commercial officer from 1 April. 

Taylor said: "It has been an enormous privilege to work with the many talented and committed people in the PayPoint team and I am very grateful to have enjoyed their support, alongside that of our retailers and clients, in building a unique and successful business providing important services to consumers.

"I look forward to working closely with Patrick Headon to ensure a smooth handover and I am confident that he will lead PayPoint to even greater success in the future."
